FENDI and SKIMS have announced a special pop-up boutique, for the occasion of the launch of the FENDI x SKIMS Capsule created under the direction of Kim Jones and Kim Kardashian West. The FENDI x SKIMS collection unites the aesthetic codes of the respective brands to create a capsule wardrobe for the modern woman. Both brands will temporarily take over a new Rodeo Drive location with a unique 1,205 square foot dedicated space to celebrate the launch of the collection.
Upon entering, guests are greeted with an immersive experience celebrating the colors of the collection through the use of light. Form-fitting silhouettes of Ready-to-Wear and shapewear are displayed, highlighting structured leather dresses offered in a range of 8 muted tones from beige to earthy brown, in a variety of inclusive sizing. Accessories appear in a complementary palette: a standout array of brightly colored FENDI icons appear alongside neutral tones, from Peekaboo and FENDI First to the new Baguette Chain and signature Sunshine Shopper in 3D FF logo, available also in their Mini and Nano versions. For footwear, FENDI debuts a shearling hiking sandal imbued with a distinctly Los Angeles energy, alongside an array of new iterations of the FENDI First heel.
The FENDI x SKIMS pop-up introduces a digital photo room installation, where guests can experience the capsule campaign through digital screens in an infinity room like setting. Once inside, guests can create a short video to share out on social channels.
